Der Plan wurde jedoch aus drei Hauptgr\u00fcnden nicht umgesetzt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Politische Bedenken:<\/strong> Die Leitung in Romanshorn \u00e4usserte, dass \u201enicht vergessen werden darf, dass wir nicht in normalen Zeiten leben.\u201c Ein wochenlanges Arbeiten in der Mitte des Bodensees h\u00e4tte bei den Deutschen Verdacht erregen und zu falschen Schlussfolgerungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fehlende Ressourcen:<\/strong> Die eigenen Schiffe der SBB waren f\u00fcr eine Bergung nicht geeignet und standen zudem nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung. Es w\u00e4re notwendig gewesen, externe Schiffe und Plattformen zu beschaffen, was die Durchf\u00fchrung zus\u00e4tzlich erschwert h\u00e4tte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zweifel an der Machbarkeit:<\/strong> Der von einem Ingenieurb\u00fcro ausgearbeitete Bergungsplan wurde intern von der SBB kritisch beurteilt.
